The M.U.S.T posterior cervical screw system is a comprehensive solution for fixation and stabilization fo the occiput-cervicothoracic spine M.U.S.T Mini offers a variety of solid and cannulated Polyaxial screws, hooks, rods, connectors and occipital plates that allow the surgeon to assemble the desired construct according to the patient’s anatomy and the pathology needs to be treated. All M.U.S.T mini screws feature a friction head that facilitates rod placement with up to 96 degrees of range of motion.
MECTA C-System:
Mecta C is a comprehensive solution for anterior cervical fusion and support when cervical disc malfunction. The Mecta-C system offers a wide range of low-profiles, high bone-filling volumes, and improved stability. Along with the Mecta-C plate, which offers an anti-migration locking mechanism, the all-in-one system and a large central volume for improved graft view are also included.

Mecta-C Stand Alone is a complete surgical solution made especially to offer patients undergoing anterior procedures alternative fixation choices using a cage with a modular plate that has several screws inserted for improved 3D fixation. For cervical disc issues, Medacta offers the Mecta-C stand-alone device, which realigns vertebrae using a minimally invasive technique that requires less recovery time and pain elimination.
MectaLIF Posterior:
Versatile Lumbar Interbody Fusion system for posterior lumbar fusion and fixation resulting from a fractured lumbar disc is the MectaLIF cages system. With its anatomical shape that aids in complementing native endplates, pyramidal teeth that aid in anti-migration and the press fit between endplates and its self-distracting bullet noise that requires less removal of lumbar lips, MectaLIF comes in a variety of cages to meet the needs of each patient.
